Mark Hemstedt

Mark Hemstedt

Senior Partner

Mark is Senior Partner in the overall TWP Group, having opened the first office in Malaysia in 1995. In addition to his total group role, he is a Senior Trainer, Consultant and Executive Coach and has conducted programs in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. In the international arena, Mark has designed and led programs for both the United Nations and Unicef. He also led a team to design and deliver character building modules for over 200,000 teenagers in the Malaysian National Service and has led the mentoring program for the 150 most senior police officers in Singapore. Mark is certified to lead the Samurai Game® created by Mr. George Leonard. Mark is also a level 2 certified Tension Release Exercise (TRE™) trainer.

Previously, he worked for more than 12 years with the multi-national Unilever, most recently as Commercial Director in Malaysia . Mark has held senior positions with companies in Britain, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

He has a Bachelor of Science with honours in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Britain's Warwick University and is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant. Mark is based in London and Singapore.

Marcus Marsden

Marcus Marsden

Managing Partner

Marcus is responsible for building the TWP business as well as designing/delivering leadership development initiatives and Executive Coaching. He is also Managing Partner and lead trainer of TWP's sister company, Newfield Asia.

Marcus is a specialist in leadership/coach development, creative thinking, change management, internal communication, top team dynamics as well as an experienced Executive Coach. He has worked all over the world with Senior Managers and Board directors from many multinational companies including Unilever, Aditya Birla Group, Yahoo, Dell, PETRONAS, Timberland, Imperial Tobacco and Pernod Ricard (formerly Allied Domecq) as a leadership trainer and executive coach. Marcus is certified to lead the Samurai Game® created by Mr. George Leonard and is also a level 2 certified Tension Release Exercise (TRE™) trainer.

Prior to joining TWP, Marcus worked at Unilever for 12 years, initially in the Marketing Department with roles including Brand, and Innovation Management and latterly as a Business Unit Head and Change Management Executive.

Originally from England, Marcus attended Oxford University where he earned a degree in Philosophy and Theology. He is married to a beautiful Indonesian lady who is herself an ICF-certified Coach and Nike+ Training Club Trainer. Together they formed Sarius Performance International, a consultancy that focuses on the role of the body in personal and leadership development.

Marcus remains a passionate sportsman (having represented England at cricket at schoolboy level) and is also a confirmed Bob Dylan addict.

Tini Fadzillah

Partner & Executive Coach

Tini is an executive coach and trainer based in Singapore with clients throughout South East Asia. Tini specializes in coaching executives in performance, leadership and change, with a reputation for being able to bring forth the underlying conversations needed to unlock a leader’s full potential. Tini is known for her ability to create close and productive relationships with her clients.

Tini has a passion for working with people and translating their goals into reality. She was part of the team that started TWP in South East Asia and has worked with thousands of people around the region. Tini coaches clients with both our public and corporate divisions, interspersing performance and transformational coaching. She is a Newfield certified Ontological Coach™ and is a keen student of somatic practices where she is certified to introduce Tension Releasing Exercises™. She is also a PCC level certified coach with the International Coach Federation.

As a daughter of a Malaysian diplomat, Tini travelled extensively while growing up. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Design form Bradley University in Illinois, USA and has worked in Grey Advertising and the Malaysian Design Council promoting Malaysian design overseas. She has lived in Canada, Libya, USA, Indonesia, Fiji, Korea, Malaysia and currently lives in Singapore with her husband and daughter.

Ken Ito

Associate & Senior Trainer

Ken Ito is an expert in designing and facilitating indoor and outdoor experiential training programs that give companies powerful tools for developing leadership and renewing corporate values and commitment to excellence.

Ken has 15 years experience working with companies in Asia, the US , and Europe to increase efficiency, enhance communication, build teamwork, and dramatically improve bottom-line results. Clients include Shell, Philips, Oracle, JP Morgan Chase, Grand Hyatt, Cathay Pacific and Nike.

Before joining TWP in 1997, Ken was Managing Director of KKI Associates, Asia , a consulting and training firm specializing in staff development, team building, leadership training and motivational speaking. He is certified to lead the Samurai Game® created by Mr. George Leonard.

Ken earned his undergraduate degree in psychology at University of Illinois and his Masters of Education at University of Hawaii (USA). He is based in Singapore.

 

Gordon Sutton

Partner & Senior Trainer

Gordon Sutton joined TWP in 1999 after 15 years in Sales, Marketing and Management in the construction sector, including major contracts in the UK, Australia, UAE and Malaysia. Gordon served for seven years in the British Army Corps of Royal Engineers, where he studied Civil Engineering at the Royal School of Military Engineering in Kent, England and graduated as a Survey Engineer in 1982.

At TWP, Gordon specializes in team building, leadership coaching, leadership training, communication skills, meeting facilitation and is a certified ropes course outdoor education facilitator. Gordon’s leadership coaching role has witnessed his provision of performance coaching facilitation to senior staff members of Philip Morris. Gordon’s clients include Philip Morris, MOX, 180 Degree, Merck, BC Trustee, Nippon Express, HPD, Bursa Malaysia and Toyota Capital. He is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Gordon holds a diploma in Training and Development from Leicester University, England and is a Newfield Certified Coach.

 

Miranda Yen

Associate & Senior Trainer

Miranda has worked with TWP since 1997 and is an experienced leadership development trainer and executive coach. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Miranda has conducted trainings throughout Asia and she specializes in personal effectiveness, communication excellence and executive coaching.

Miranda is certified to conduct The Samurai Game® (developed by Mr. George Leonard). She is also accredited to conduct MBTI® and FIRO-B® workshops.

Before she joined TWP in 1997, Miranda worked extensively in the marketing and advertising industry, including the multi-national advertising agency Leo Burnett. Miranda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, Virginia, USA.

When not working at TWP she spends her time at her other full-time job – Mother of twin boys Anthony and Thomas, and loving every minute of it.

 

Cindy Duong

Associate & Executive Coach

Cindy is Vietnamese born, Chinese, Australian and has lived in Asia for over 15 years. She has over 20 years of work experience with the Royal Dutch Shell during which she lived and worked from the Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom and Malaysia. Her diverse background and rich experience working and living with tremendous cultural differences gives her a unique edge in coaching senior executives globally.

As a professional coach since 2011, she has been working with senior leaders to achieve higher, sustainable levels of performance through people, especially across different cultures and time zones. Cindy has worked with leading Western and Asian MNCs such as Chevron, Petronas, Malayan Flour Mills, Maybank, Hong Leong Bank, INTI, Nike, Levis Strauss and AON Benfield.

Prior to being an executive coach, Cindy worked with Royal/Dutch Shell in a range of global and regional IT and business systems leadership positions. Cindy was involved in the full spectrum of IT functions and held various leadership roles in business development, strategy execution, major change management, operations management, implementation of shared services, and operations and governance. As an IT leader in Shell, she worked closely with senior leaders and managed a global team of more than 200 professionals.

Educated in Australia, Cindy received her Bachelor of Science from Monash University. She has also completed the Executive Development programme at INSEAD. She is a Professional Certified Coach with ICF, and a coach mentor for Corporate Coach Academy. Cindy is a member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is a certified talent assessor with Cubiks.

Cindy is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Ivo Delfgaauw

Ivo Delfgaauw

Ivo is an experienced leadership trainer and executive coach. Having worked in line management and as a management consultant at PwC and T-Mobile in the first half of his career, Ivo understands the business context and acknowledges the importance to focus on results. Ivo was also founding partner and co-owner of Route5, a successful professional training company in the Netherlands facilitating change within large organisations.

Over the past 14 years he has worked as a professional trainer and executive coach where he has trained and coached hundreds of executives, managers and CEO's on leadership in their daily business. Ivo holds a Master in Economics at the University of Amsterdam. He is a Newfield certified Ontological Coach™, PCC level certified coach with the International Coach Federation and a certified trainer in Managing Change. Clients he has worked with include Unilever, ING, Rabobank, Renault, Emerson, PETRONAS, Jones Lang LaSalle and Prudential.

In terms of style Ivo is known for his great listening and ability to create deep connections with people, through which he creates mind shifts. It’s his personal mission to unlock the leadership potential of managers and their employees, and by doing so to create "irreversible growth": personal growth and business results that are both lasting.

Ivo is based in Singapore, married, and together with his wife they have 3 children. He plays soccer and enjoys running, reading, skiing and travelling. He coaches his children's soccer team.

Cheong Meoh Ching

Associate & Executive Coach

Ching has been a coach in a leadership and talent development context for over 10 years. She worked with a range of board-level executives, organisational leaders from a variety of industries on career and personal development for peak performance.

Ching's strength lies in her ability to help transform managers into enterprise leaders and creators of value. She also coaches corporate executives tasked with leading and managing technology-driven enterprises including Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Ceramics & Insulators. She has worked with Hewlett-Packard Far East, PETRONAS, Sony-Ericsson, Aditya Birla Group and Unilever, spanning the Asia Pacific region. During these engagements she coached and/or collaborated at executive/board levels.

Prior to being an Executive Coach and Facilitator, Ching has had over 20 years of multi-national experience in information technology, channel distribution, marketing, product and program management, and business development. She is a PCC level certified coach with the International Coach Federation and a Newfield Certified Coach.

Alice Chia

Associate & Executive Coach

Alice has been a Leadership Trainer, Executive and Life Coach since 2005. She specializes in building leadership capacity and personal effectiveness. With her wealth of experience, she has established a reputation for bringing forth the commitment of clients with effective strategies to unlock their full potential. Alice has a gift for establishing close rapport with people within a short time through open and honest conversations.

Alice has worked with a diverse range of coaching clients around Asia, in both public and private sectors, at the executive and board levels. Her clients include Design Link Architects, ELS Defense Equipment, PETRONAS, Aditya Birla Group, The Thought Collective, Body Contours and HSBC Insurance, INTI/Laureate International University & College and government ministries in Singapore.

Alice holds an Honours degree in Chinese Language and Linguistics with a Diploma in Education. She is a PCC level certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, a certified NLP Practitioner and a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach. She is also certified to lead David Bercelli’s Tension Release Exercises (TRE)

In her personal life, Alice is married with 3 boys and loves to spend time enjoying her children’s journey out into the world. She is also an epicurean who indulges in gourmet experiences.

Mahendran Janarthan

Associate & Executive Coach

Mahendran is an Executive Coach, with experience of working with corporate and personal clients across South East Asia. He specializes in working with people across the full spectrum of their life, from business goals, to family and health goals. His style focuses on building trust, confidence and self-awareness in his clients, so that they feel willing and able to make lasting changes in their behavior.

Mahen majored in Chemical Engineering and then earned a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has previously worked with 3M as a Process Team Lead and then with HSBC as an Associate Manager. Mahen now works as an Executive Coach.

Outside of work, Mahen is passionate about diving, keeping fit and healthy and an avid stock market investor

 

Nina Mansur

Associate & Executive Coach

Nina is based in Kuala Lumpur and works with local and international coaching clients that include senior executives from Aditya Birla Group in India and PT. Andaru Selaras Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia. Her style of coaching is collaborative yet challenging, allowing her clients to discover for themselves their patterns of behavior that impact their lives.

During her 6-year tenure as the Country Manager for one of Asia's leading Coaching and Development companies, Nina managed and ran the leadership development programme, where she worked with more than five thousand graduates. In this role, she managed a team of ten people and recruited over 150 volunteers per year to facilitate public trainings of over 1000 people annually. She has directly coached over 400 participants in their personal and professional goals. Nina has also spent 10 years with her family business in manufacturing and property development and is a certified Bureau Veritas Certification QMS Auditor.

Nina holds a degree in International Relations with Development Studies from Sussex University, UK. She graduated an ICF Coach Certification Program with Newfield Network Coach Training Institute and is also an NLP Practitioner.

In her personal life, Nina is passionate about community service and serves on the Executive Committee of PT Foundation, an NGO dealing with HIV/AIDS issues in Malaysia, where she regularly conducts workshops with volunteers.

 

Aneace Haddad

Aneace Haddad is a serial entrepreneur and executive coach. He has built technology companies in Europe and Asia and has hired, mentored and coached many CxO level executives.

Passionate, visionary and thought provoking, Aneace loves to coax fresh and practical insights from the people around him, who find new energy in re-connecting with their dreams. Aneace also provides innovation and entrepreneurship workshops that help people unlock their creativity and intuition. He has coached dozens of startups from across Asia in the art of the pitch.

Aneace was originally a software engineer before becoming an entrepreneur. He has lived across the US, Europe, the Middle-East and Asia and speaks several languages. Singapore has been his home since 2006. He has two daughters in the US, a son in Singapore, and three grandchildren.

Aneace's greatest passion is to bring all of his life experience together to inspire people to live big lives, defying barriers and conventional wisdom, full of hope, so that the world may benefit from each individual's unique gifts.
