TWP offer 1-1 tailormade coaching solutions for executives who would benefit from some undivided and focused support. Typically, organizations use TWP executive coaches for their Directors, Senior Management or their High Potential managers.
Each Executive Coaching relationship is different as it is built specifically for the needs of the individual concerned, however the relationship is always built on high levels of trust and discretion.
As with all TWP work, the Executive Coaching is underpinned by a focus on creating new results through an enhanced level of awareness and responsibility.
The Executive Coaching can last for various periods of time and have different levels of intensity, however we generally recommend an initial period of three months.
